We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a Linux Migration Project. You will work closely with Technology Delivery Managers, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to coordinate project activities, track milestones, and ensure readiness for testing and go-live.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Must have 2–5 years of experience in IT project coordination, PMO support, or technical delivery
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and action items
- Strong documentation, reporting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills;
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline;
- Exposure to application migration, infrastructure projects, platform upgrades, or operating system (OS) transitions;
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or other project management methodologies;
- Experience supporting UAT, IDT, or go-live readiness activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project meetings, technical workshops, and IDT/UAT preparation sessions;
- Track project milestones, action items, dependencies, and deliverables, following up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion;
- Work with Infrastructure, Application, Security, Operations, PMO teams, and vendors to support project alignment;
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, checklists, and sign-off records;
- Support migration readiness, audit and compliance documentation, and go-live preparation;
- Consolidate progress updates and reports for management and steering committee reviews.
