We are seeking an experienced Lead UX/UI Designer to shape the user experience and design direction across web and mobile digital products and platforms. The role will lead the end-to-end design process, translating complex business requirements and data workflows into intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to bring solutions from concept through implementation, while driving design standards and design system development.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have at least 5-8 years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field;
• Strong hands-on UX/UI design experience with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design across web and mobile products;
• Proficiency in Figma and design systems;
• Strong knowledge of user-centred design, user research, usability testing, information architecture, accessibility, and responsive design;
• Experience with user journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping;
• Experience designing complex B2B, enterprise, or data-driven digital platforms;
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in an Agile environment;
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and design presentation skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience translating complex workflows, data flows, and business requirements into intuitive user experiences;
• Experience facilitating design workshops and influencing senior stakeholders;
• Familiarity with AI-enabled design tools and emerging UX/UI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design across digital products and platforms, shaping intuitive, user-centered experiences across web and mobile;
• Drive the end-to-end product design process, from user research and journey mapping to wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and final UI design;
• Translate complex business requirements, data workflows, and enterprise processes into clear and seamless user experiences;
• Own and evolve the design system, including reusable components, guidelines, and design standards across products;
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders from discovery through implementation, ensuring design intent is effectively translated into the final product;
• Facilitate UX workshops, design discussions, and design reviews to align stakeholders and drive design quality;
• Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Champion UX/UI best practices, accessibility, consistency, and continuous improvement across digital products;
• Explore relevant emerging UX/UI tools and technologies, including AI-enabled design tools, to improve user experiences and design processes.
