Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end Agile project delivery across multiple teams, managing timelines, resources, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and business objectives.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• 8+ years of total IT experience, including 5+ years as a Scrum Master and 2+ years in a Senior Scrum Master role;
• Strong experience managing multiple Agile teams, Agile transformations, and complex projects;
• Professional Agile and Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, A-CSM, PSM II, or SAFe;
• 5+ years of project management experience, particularly with Waterfall methodology, along with strong Agile/Scrum expertise;
• Proficiency in Jira, Jira Plan, Jira Dashboards, and other Agile project tracking tools;
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder/vendor management, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams and resolve impediments.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Strong presentation, leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder and vendor management skills, with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and successfully recover troubled projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end projects and programs across multiple markets, ensuring timely delivery and business objectives;
• Drive and coordinate multiple technical and non-technical teams while facilitating Agile/Scrum practices across teams;
• Manage project planning, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and change control throughout the project lifecycle;
• Engage and collaborate with senior management, business, IT, operations, vendors, and other stakeholders, providing regular project updates and escalations;
• Monitor project execution, performance, and KPIs, ensuring quality delivery, effective risk mitigation, reporting, and successful project rollout.
