We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys building scalable, high-quality applications and solving real technical challenges.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields;
• Must have 8+years of experience in software development;
• Strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET or Java;
• Experience with React/Next.js frontend (full-stack is a plus);
• Production support experience preferred;
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset;
• Good understanding of testing, debugging, and code quality.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience leading or mentoring AI-enhanced development teams;
• Experience using AI tools for code generation, testing, or optimization.

Responsibilities

• Craft effective prompts and workflows for accurate, maintainable, and secure code;
• Design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs against software and business requirements;
• Architect scalable enterprise-grade applications using AI-assisted development practices;
• Build rapid prototypes using GenAI tools and refine them toward production quality;
• Integrate AI into software delivery pipelines and DevOps processes;
• Perform code reviews of human-written and AI-generated code;
• Maintain documentation, prompt libraries, and reusable patterns;
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers;
• Mentor team members on effective prompt engineering practices;
• Champion ethical and responsible AI usage in engineering workflows.
