Seeking a meticulous and driven Senior Product Delivery Manager with proven track record to drive end-to-end product and software delivery across the full lifecycle, from inception, planning, development, deployment, to post go-live support.
This role is a key appointment in the technology team to help the organization transform and move towards the digital age.
Fronting all projects, he/she will be responsible for end-to-end project management from the project initiation, justification, Proof-of-Concept (POC), evaluation, software development, testing, compliance requirements deployment as well as the system operation support.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Financial Engineering;
- Has at least 8 years of Project Management experience with IT application development projects;
- Prior experience in proposal preparation, vendors evaluation, selection and management;
- Proven ability to interact with various business users, senior management , IT teams and external vendors effectively;
- Experience in project plans, milestones, measures, budgets, resource and time management;
- Experience in working with Agile development principles & teams;
- Good understanding of the technology landscape and the various types of technology (Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, IoT);
- Drives team work to resolve complex business issues through sharing in-depth knowledge and experience;
- Excellent leadership skills and emotional intelligence to influence key decisions, mediate conflicts and build consensus;
- Resourceful and proactive team player with excellent analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Project Management Professional, CITPM, SAFe, Agile, COMIT PRINCE2, CITPM.
- Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, go-live, and post-implementation support, ensuring product objectives, scope, compliance, and business outcomes are achieved.
- Lead product transformation initiatives by guiding cross-functional teams to deliver within agreed scope, quality, budget, and timelines;
- Engage and align business and technical stakeholders, facilitating regular planning sessions, reviews, and governance meetings to ensure a shared understanding of product priorities and delivery progress;
- Partner closely with engineering teams and manage multi-vendor collaboration to ensure technical delivery remains on track, resolve delivery blockers, and provide clear prioritisation and product direction;
- Ensure all product deliverables comply with regulatory, security, governance, and quality standards by embedding appropriate assurance and compliance checkpoints throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, architecture, UX/UI, operations, business, and external partners to achieve successful product outcomes;
- Oversee release planning, implementation governance, operational readiness, deployment, and post-production stabilisation activities;
- Serve as a Scrum Master where required, driving Agile best practices, continuous improvement, delivery excellence, and team maturity;
- Monitor product delivery health by tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, issues, budgets, and resources, providing timely and transparent reporting to senior management and key stakeholders;
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise delivery processes, enhance team productivity, and improve customer and business value;
- Monitor and report on delivery health, providing transparent and accurate updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and any changes to scope, timeline, or resources.
