We are looking for an Application Ops Engineer (DevOps/CI-CD automation expert) to drive deployment automation, improve operational efficiency, and promote DevOps practices across development and operations teams.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Strong experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role;
• Hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipeline implementation, deployment automation, and orchestration;
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration, scripting, and automation;
• Basic knowledge of Windows scripting and Active Directory;
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Docker, TFS, and Selenium;
• Knowledge of DevOps principles, best practices, and transformation strategies;
• Experience working in Agile environments;
• Strong understanding of application deployment and production support;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices;
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and on-call support.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Banking domain experience with the ability to drive DevOps culture, mentor teams, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
