We are seeking L3 Security Engineer who will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and support of enterprise security solutions across network, cloud, and hybrid environments. Acting as the highest technical escalation point, the engineer will lead incident response, vulnerability management, security monitoring, and infrastructure security initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational security standards and best practices.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering, network security, or cybersecurity;
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet (FortiGate/FortiManager), Check Point, or Palo Alto firewalls;
• Strong knowledge of IDS/IPS, VPN technologies, and network security controls;
• Experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk or equivalent;
• Security incident management and threat investigation experience;
• Vulnerability management, risk assessment, and remediation expertise;
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching;
• Experience supporting enterprise security environments and critical escalations;
• Knowledge of security best practices, hardening standards, and compliance requirements;
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience with Cisco ISE, NAC, or Aruba ClearPass;
• Exposure to Zero Trust Architecture and Network Segmentation;
• Experience with AWS Security and Azure Security;
• Knowledge of Web Application Firewall (WAF), EDR, and endpoint security solutions;
• Familiarity with security governance, audits, and regulatory compliance frameworks;
• Experience with cloud security architecture and hybrid environments;
• Exposure to automation, scripting, and security orchestration tools;
• Security design, solution review, and technical consultancy experience;
• Vendor management and stakeholder engagement experience;
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security, PCNSE, Fortinet NSE, CEH, AWS Security Specialty, or Azure Security Engineer Associate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the L3 escalation point for complex security incidents and technical issues;
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and incident resolution;
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts, incidents, and cyber threats;
• Manage security infrastructure and ensure high availability of security platforms;
• Review, implement, and maintain security policies, firewall rules, and access controls;
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation activities;
• Support VAPT exercises, audits, and compliance requirements;
• Participate in security architecture reviews and technology refresh projects;
• Support cloud and hybrid security initiatives across enterprise environments;
• Develop and maintain security documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures;
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders;
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to L1/L2 engineers;
• Support security-related projects, migrations, and change management activities.
