We are seeking an experienced Air Traffic Control (ATC) Simulator Product Lead to manage the development, enhancement, and lifecycle of advanced ATC simulation systems. The role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-fidelity simulation solutions for controller training, operational evaluation, research, and airspace validation. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, ATC simulation domain knowledge, and experience in managing complex software and system integration projects.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Aviation, or a related field;
• Must have 5+ years of experience in simulation systems, aviation systems, or ATC-related technologies;
• Proven experience leading software or systems engineering teams in complex technical environments;
• Strong knowledge of ATC operations, radar systems, aviation communications, or controller training systems;
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and system integration processes.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience in ATC simulators, aviation or defence training systems;
• Knowledge of ICAO procedures and ATC phraseology;
• Exposure to AI/speech-based training solutions;
• Familiar with C++, JavaScript, Node.js, React, VMware, Windows Server, networking, and GPU visualization;
• PMP/Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define ATC simulator product roadmap and drive innovation (AI, voice, visualization);
• Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and ensure delivery quality;
• Oversee integration of simulation, VCS, radar, 3D, and networking systems;
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and architecture alignment;
• Engage customers, manage requirements, demos, and technical support;
• Support training scenarios, operations, issue resolution, and team mentoring.
