We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with 5–15 years of experience in managing infrastructure projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, handling risks and budgets, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor's Degree with 5–15 years of relevant project management experience;
• Strong experience in end-to-end project management and delivery;
• Ability to manage project risks, issues and timelines;
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and virtualisation;
• Knowledge of SAN, storage, networking, security and databases;
• Experience handling workplace and telecom projects;
• Skilled in project planning, budgeting and reporting;
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office;
• Basic understanding of software development.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Strong organisational, time management and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple technologies, teams and priorities under pressure;
• Good communication, influencing, negotiation, conflict resolution and analytical skills;
• PMP certification and banking experience are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements and prepare clear project plans;
• Identify project deliverables, assumptions, risks and issues;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Define, track and report project KPIs;
• Identify resources and coordinate project teams;
• Escalate key risks and issues to management;
• Review and improve project processes and workflows;
• Communicate project changes and obtain approvals;
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts and actual costs;
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements;
• Manage project handover to production teams;
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
