We are looking for a Senior Test Analyst with strong expertise in test automation and automation framework development. The role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts, executing functional and regression testing, analyzing test outcomes, managing defects, and delivering end-to-end automation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong Python programming skills, hands-on experience with Selenium and Appium, excellent analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business analysts and development teams.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience;
• 5+ years of testing or automation experience;
• Expertise in Python scripting and familiarity with Selenium and Appium;
• Experience in automation framework development and maintenance;
• Strong experience in automation test case design, script execution, and test reporting;
• Knowledge of regression testing and defect management;
• Ability to analyze test results, identify root causes, and troubleshoot issues;
• Experience collaborating with business analysts and developers;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience in the insurance industry and basic insurance knowledge is preferred;
• Knowledge of JMeter, LoadRunner, and mobile testing tools;
• Experience developing automation solutions for insurance systems and business data flows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts based on business requirements, user stories, and system enhancements;
• Design and document automated test cases, test plans, and testing strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage;
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate automation tools, technologies, and frameworks aligned with project objectives;
• Execute automated test suites in accordance with project timelines and testing schedules;
• Analyze test execution results, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot issues effectively;
• Conduct regression testing and continuously improve automation test coverage and efficiency;
• Prepare test reports, track testing progress, and oversee defect lifecycle management;
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and communicate testing updates;
• Provide technical recommendations on automation frameworks, best practices, and solution design;
• Estimate effort, timelines, and resource requirements for automation testing initiatives;
• Deliver ad hoc testing, technical support, and quality assurance activities as required.
