We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge business and IT teams, gather and document requirements, and ensure clear alignment throughout the development of transaction banking solutions.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• 5+ years of Transaction Banking experience, especially Cash Management, Payments & Collections;
• Strong experience in product development, business requirements and Fit & Gap analysis;
• Ability to present requirements and work with Systems, Operations, Compliance, Financial Crime and Business teams;
• Experience preparing operational procedures, product guides and technical/business documents;
• Hands-on experience with risk assessments, including product, financial crime and IT risks;
• Strong project coordination skills, including tracking tasks, risks, issues and PMO updates;
• Experience working with regional teams and partner banks in a multicultural environment;
• Hands-on experience in UAT planning, test cases and execution;
• Experience providing user training and knowledge transfer;
• Strong English communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills;
• Self-driven, organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities under pressure;
• Comfortable with technical discussions and documentation; good knowledge of MS Office.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Prior experience in banking/financial services, with exposure to payment systems or corporate banking platforms;
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies and cross-functional project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from key stakeholders;
• Analyse processes, data, customer needs and system limitations;
• Prepare and present BRDs and supporting documents for stakeholder sign-off;
• Support Fit & Gap analysis and review technical documents;
• Create process guides and operational procedures;
• Coordinate risk assessments covering product, IT and financial crime;
• Lead Product Working Group meetings and track project actions;
• Coordinate with regional teams and partner banks to keep delivery on track;
• Manage project risks, issues, follow-ups and escalations;
• Provide regular project updates to PMO;
• Plan and execute UAT, including test cases and result validation;
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer;
• Act as the main liaison for Product Working Group members;
• Maintain project documents, reports and sign-off records;
• Support promotion and implementation planning with Sales and Client Service teams.
