We are seeking an Operations Engineer with strong experience in supporting API integrations, partner onboarding activities, production operations, incident management, and service improvements for digital cloud platforms.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree/Diploma in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline;
- Must have 5 years of experience in Operations Engineering, Production Support, API Integration Support, or similar roles;
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and REST API troubleshooting using Postman, Swagger, Redocly;
- Experience coordinating and executing SIT, UAT, and production releases;
- Experience supporting B2B integrations, digital platforms, or data exchange ecosystems;
- Good knowledge on AWS cloud platforms and monitoring/observability tools;
- Experience working in Agile and cross-functional teams;
- Exposure to DevOps automation and AI-powered operational tools;
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident management skills;
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices.
Responsibilities
- Part of the team to support and manage API-based platforms and integrations with partners;
- Coordinate partner onboarding, SIT, UAT, production readiness, and releases;
- Troubleshoot production issues through log, API, and system analysis;
- Lead incident, problem, and change management activities;
- Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support guides;
- Drive continuous service improvement, automation, and operational efficiency;
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards;
- Participate in on-call production support when required.
