We are seeking a system operator with experience in 24×7 IT/cloud operations, system monitoring, batch processing, backup and incident management. Strong hands-on experience in AWS/Azure, AS/400, and Control-M is required, with exposure to production support and IT project implementation.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• 4+ years of experience in IT/system operations with a diploma or degree in computer science or a related discipline;
• Hands-on experience in AS/400, Control-M, Microsoft Azure, and AWS Cloud;
• Strong experience in production monitoring, batch processing, backup/health checks, incident handling, and operational support;
• Willingness to work 24×7 / 12-hour shifts – 4 days on, 4 days off, including weekends and public holidays;
• Good English and Chinese communication skills; strong stakeholder and service-provider coordination.

Desirable Skill(s)

• ITIL V3 Foundation certification;
• Experience supporting Media Management and Life Asia systems;
• Exposure to IT project implementation, change management, and IT risk/security compliance;
• Japanese language proficiency is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor AWS/Azure cloud environments, ensuring compliance with SOPs, IT controls, and security policies;
• Manage overnight/weekend production batch processing, output processing, and related issue resolution using Control-M;
• Perform daily system health checks, backup monitoring, and ad hoc operational requests;
• Monitor and manage cloud/production incidents, ensuring timely notification, escalation, and resolution within SLA;
• Support change activities and IT project implementations, coordinating with project teams, management, and service providers.
