Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements discovery, process improvement, and delivery support for complex digital initiatives. The role requires strong stakeholder management, business analysis expertise, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused business outcomes.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Operations, or Digital Transformation;
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process modelling;
• Experience translating complex business needs into clear, actionable, and testable requirements;
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills;
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery practices;
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, and data visualization tools;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process improvement skills;
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience facilitating Design Thinking workshops, prototyping, and proof-of-concept activities;
• Experience mentoring junior Business Analysts and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery through stakeholder interviews, workshops, walkthroughs, and analysis;
• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows;
• Analyse current business processes and recommend future-state improvements and service enhancements;
• Perform data analysis to provide insights, strategic recommendations, and measure business outcomes;
• Support experimentation, prototyping, pilots, and solution validation with cross-functional teams;
• Lead testing, UAT planning, defect clarification, issue resolution, and go-live readiness;
• Support project planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, release planning, and delivery tracking;
• Collaborate with business, product, design, engineering, operations, and governance teams to align delivery outcomes;
• Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicting requirements, and drive consensus across teams.
