Seeking a Network Automation & Security Engineer to automate network operations, implement security solutions, and enhance infrastructure reliability using DevOps and automation tools.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent relevant experience;
• Strong networking experience with CCNA certification mandatory; CCNP is an added advantage;
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet, F5, RSA, Tenable, and security tools;
• Experience with automation and DevOps tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Git, CI/CD, and NetBox;
• Knowledge of monitoring, policy, and configuration management tools like Prometheus, Grafana, OPA, SaltStack, or similar platforms.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures;
• Ability to manage priorities, adapt to changing situations, and perform well under pressure;
• Customer-focused mindset with active listening skills and a commitment to delivering positive client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Automate network and security operations using Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting to improve efficiency;
• Manage network infrastructure, security tools, monitoring, logging, and compliance automation solutions;
• Provide L2 support by troubleshooting incidents, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring SLA compliance;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure changes, automation initiatives, and continuous improvements;
• Support change management, disaster recovery activities, and operational processes to enhance service reliability.
