Seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with Life Insurance expertise to drive requirements gathering, insurance product configuration, system enhancements, and Agile project delivery.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• 5+ years of IT Business Analyst/System Analyst experience
• Strong Life Insurance domain knowledge
• Hands-on experience in insurance product configuration and product rollout (Par, Non-Par, ILAS)
• Requirements gathering, BRD/FSD, user stories, and process mapping
• Experience with UAT, production support, and SDLC
• Agile/Scrum methodology;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Experience working with product, actuarial, pricing, and business teams.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Knowledge of Node.js, MongoDB, and modern web technologies;
• API integration, API mapping, and system integration experience;
• Exposure to Cloud, Microservices, and DevOps environments;
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar BA tools;
• Knowledge of insurance policy administration systems (e.g., Cube, DTC, LifeAsia, eBao, Penta);
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements;
• Conduct impact analysis and translate business needs into functional specifications;
• Configure and onboard insurance products across existing platforms;
• Collaborate with Product, Actuarial, Pricing, Development, and QA teams to deliver business solutions;
• Prepare user stories, business process flows, wireframes, and functional documentation;
• Coordinate UAT, production deployment, and post-implementation support;
• Work on API integrations and ensure seamless data flow across systems;
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement review sessions;
• Support Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and project delivery;
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
