Transformation & Transition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Transition & Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end IT service transition and transformation initiatives. The role is responsible for driving transition planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and ensuring a smooth transition of infrastructure and managed services into steady-state operations.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Minimum 8 years of IT program/project management experience with 3–5 years leading IT outsourcing transitions or transformation programs;
  • Proven experience managing multi-tower IT transitions covering infrastructure, network, cloud, IT operations, or service desk;
  • Strong expertise in project governance, RAID/RTM management, integrated project scheduling, and quality gate management;
  • Experience with ITIL service management, SLA/KPI management, and knowledge/asset management practices;
  • Strong stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management skills;
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Experience in large enterprise, public sector, or managed services environments;
  • Knowledge of organizational change management and workforce transition;
  • Familiarity with Knowledge Base (KB), AMDB, and service transition best practices;
  • Strong risk management, critical path planning, and governance experience;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and executive reporting skills;
  • Ability to drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end IT transition and transformation projects across multiple technology towers;
  • Develop and manage transition plans, project schedules, governance, RAID logs, and readiness activities;
  • Coordinate knowledge transfer, shadowing, operational readiness, and transition sign-offs;
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, quality gates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful transition delivery;
  • Drive organizational change management, workforce transition, and training initiatives;
  • Monitor project progress, ensure governance compliance, and facilitate a smooth handover to steady-state operations;
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and executive updates throughout the transition lifecycle.
