We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade technology solutions that align with business objectives and IT strategy. The role involves collaborating with business and technical teams, driving solution architecture, overseeing implementation, and ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Systems Design, or related technical roles;
• Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions across on-premises and cloud environments;
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems;
• Strong knowledge of application architecture, integration patterns, and data modeling;
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and solution implementation;
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and technical leadership skills. 

Desirable Skill(s)

• TOGAF or Cloud Solution Architect certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP);
• Experience with Network & Security Architecture and regulatory compliance (e.g., MAS, PCI DSS, ISO 27001);
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), ITIL, and ITSM processes;
• Exposure to data governance, data lakes, or analytics platforms;
• Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries;
• Strong mentoring, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise technology solutions aligned with business and IT strategy;
• Translate business requirements into solution architectures, technical specifications, and integration designs;
• Develop and maintain architecture standards, principles, and reference architectures;
• Provide technical leadership throughout solution implementation, integration, and migration;
• Conduct architecture reviews to ensure compliance with security, performance, and governance standards;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, infrastructure, DevOps, and vendors to deliver successful solutions;
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools;
• Prepare architecture documentation, diagrams, and presentations for technical and business stakeholders;
• Mentor architects and engineering teams while supporting vendor evaluation and management.
