We are looking for a Business Analyst to support digital initiatives and product enhancement projects across CRM, agency distribution, and new product development. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, and working closely with business users, IT teams, and external partners to deliver effective solutions.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Must have 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role;
- Must have experience in the insurance industry or insurance consulting;
- Good understanding of business analysis and requirements gathering;
- Experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories;
- Familiarity with process mapping, gap analysis, and system integration projects;
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail and documentation;
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams;
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Exposure to CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications;
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements;
- Ensure requirements are complete, accurate, and aligned with business objectives;
- Collaborate with IT teams and external partners to define business processes, data flows, and system requirements;
- Support developers by providing clear requirements and clarifications throughout the project lifecycle;
- Identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions;
- Maintain project documentation and ensure proper traceability of requirements;
- Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure solutions meet business requirements;
- Work with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery.
