We are seeking for Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience in .NET / Java/React or Next.js (or similar modern tech stacks) should be comfortable working across the full development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Strong programming experience in .NET / Java / React / Next.js (or similar frameworks);
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles;
- Experience in RESTful APIs and web services;
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code;
- Self-driven attitude with willingness to learn and adapt;
Desirable Skill(s)
- Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, or IDE-integrated AI tools beyond chat-based usage).
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (beyond basic chat-based usage) will be considered a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other engineers;
- Write high-quality, testable, and efficient code;
- Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices;
- Debug and resolve technical issues in development and production environments;
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to improve product quality and development efficiency;
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making;
- Explore and effectively use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
