We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support insurance product configuration and digital solution delivery across multiple business channels. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business analysis, product onboarding, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery, with exposure to insurance platforms, APIs, and modern technologies.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis or system development;
• Strong knowledge of insurance product configuration and rollout (Par, Non-Par, ILAS products);
• Experience in requirement gathering, impact analysis, and solution documentation;
• Hands-on experience with API mapping/specification and cross-system integration flows;
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, MongoDB, and web/app architectures;
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills;
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Exposure to DevOps, Cloud, Microservices, and Mobile application development;
• Experience in process modeling, “As-Is” and “To-Be” workflow analysis;
• Knowledge of digital transformation and product onboarding processes;
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and IT teams;
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements;
• Configure and onboard insurance products on existing business platforms;
• Collaborate with product, actuarial, pricing, and IT teams for solution delivery;
• Perform impact analysis and translate business requirements into technical specifications;
• Support API integration, product configuration, and system enhancements;
• Create process flows, prototypes, and functional documentation;
• Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget;
• Support system upgrades, testing, and user adoption activities.
