We are seeking a Techno-Functional Lead to bridge business and technology teams, driving requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end delivery while ensuring business needs are translated into scalable, high-quality technical outcomes in an agile environment.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis;
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies;
• Hands-on exposure to technical stacks (.NET/Java/PHP, Angular/Vue, MS SQL);
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
• Experience working closely with developers and reviewing technical specifications;
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and requirement elicitation;
• Experience in database querying and system integration.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience in insurance or insurance consulting domain is a strong advantage;
• Ability to drive release management and handle multiple workstreams;
• Knowledge of user journey mapping, testing strategies, and UAT coordination;
• Exposure to enterprise application design and solution architecture;
• Strong focus on risk, dependency, and stakeholder expectation management;
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, project scoping, and stakeholder management;
• Own end-to-end delivery, including release planning, prioritization, and dependencies;
• Translate business needs into technical designs, user journeys, and solution specs;
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage risks/issues, and drive project execution;
• Work closely with developers to ensure clear requirements and quality delivery;
• Ensure documentation, testing strategies, and UAT validation are complete and up-to-date.
