We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with expertise in SDLC, stakeholder management, SQL, testing, and data analysis, delivering enterprise banking solutions, driving process improvements, and ensuring successful project delivery in multicultural environments.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have 4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in complex enterprise applications;
• Strong requirement gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation skills;
• Experience coordinating between Business, IT, and Development teams across multiple locations;
• Must have good understanding of SDLC, STLC, SIT, UAT, and functional testing processes;
• Must have strong SQL skills with experience in data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting data inconsistencies;
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical/functional solutions;
• Experience in risk assessment, issue management, and process improvement initiatives;
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Microsoft Office tools;
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Knowledge of performance testing and associated tools;
• UI/UX experience is a great plus;
• Banking sector domain knowledge: payments, accounting, SWIFT, global markets, accounting, etc.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions;
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and development teams across multiple locations;
• Prepare detailed functional specifications, test cases, and project documentation;
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
• Analyze large datasets, validate data accuracy, and troubleshoot inconsistencies;
• Monitor project risks, issues, and provide timely status updates to stakeholders;
• Deliver thoroughly tested solutions and support production deployment activities;
• Provide L2/L3 production support and recommend process improvement initiatives.
