We are seeking an experienced IT Enablement Engineer to support the Enterprise Management Information Platform project. This is a hands-on technical role involving close collaboration with multiple data owners to design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines, automate KRI data extraction, and enhance Power BI dashboards for effective reporting.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have 7+ years of hands-on experience in automation, system integration, and data engineering, with strong expertise in ETL pipeline development and optimization on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, Glue);
• 3–5 years of data analysis experience with strong SQL skills, along with proficiency in building interactive Power BI dashboards using sound UX principles;
• Experience working with REST APIs and extracting data from systems such as ServiceNow, Tenable, and SharePoint, with strong programming skills in Python, Unix Shell, and PowerShell;
• Proven experience in DevSecOps pipelines, data quality frameworks, statistical analysis, and data visualization (Power BI/Tableau);
• Ability to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization, with a solid understanding of ITIL practices, security, and governance, and strong stakeholder communication skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, AWS Certified Data Engineer, Red Hat Ansible) considered a plus;
• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership, work independently and collaboratively across teams, and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end ETL data pipelines using AWS services (Lambda, S3, Glue, EC2);
• Automate data extraction and integration from multiple systems via APIs;
• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards with intuitive and actionable insights;
• Perform data analysis, modelling, validation, and quality checks;
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery;
• Support additional automation initiatives across IT Operations, DevSecOps, and observability.
