Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to be a part of Group finance team within a leading bank.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Computer Science;
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Business, System or Finance Analyst within banking industry;
• Have a good understanding of Finance data analysis and reconciliations;
• Must be proficient in the UAT process and overall UAT management of UAT;
• Good Understanding of Stakeholder management and requirements gathering;
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Banking and Financial products experience and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Front Office in Group Finance as a Business Manager to drive solutions and improve procedures and infrastructure;
• This includes pre-trade compliance, order management, trading, investment operations, risk/compliance oversight, closed-book accounting, and performance measurement;
•  Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring service level agreements are met, and conduct periodic RFPs and due diligence on new vendors at contract renewal;
• Ensure business compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain registers and records in collaboration with business and support units;
• Coordinate operational risk reporting, tax/regulatory filings, audits, and insurance matters with relevant parties;
• Conduct risk/control testing and participate in ad-hoc business development projects.
