Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/PMO to manage and support successful Delivery of complex projects related to core banking platforms and systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in banking risk management, including project management best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Degree in Business Administration or related field;
• Experience in Business management office, risk management or similar functions;
• 4+ years of experience in business management or Project Management;
• Experience of handling Cross functional teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders;
• Ensure Project adhere to establish project methodologies and standards.
• Knowledge of business operations, risk management, process improvement, and performance tracking;
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• PMP Certified;
• Knowledge or experience of MAS Notice 654 on Recovery and Resolution Planning.

Responsibilities

• Support Project and Program Management team in Planning, consolidation, execution including scheduling meetings, preparing pesentation and managing project documentation;
• Proactively identify risks, and work with relevant stakeholders to propose and implement mitigation and contingency plans;
• Monitor Project tracking and Reporting, project progress against plans, identify potential risk and issues, prepare Status report for stakeholders;
• Proficient in Using Project Management tools like Jira, Confluence to track key milestones and Metrics;
• Assist in risk Management by assessing potential risk and issues;
• Create action plans with stakeholders to address project constraints and challenges, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timeline;
• Oversee the end-to-end progress of the project, ensuring that the project stays on track with respect to planning, budget, and scope;
• Manage projects and resources related to the modules under your responsibility, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficient execution;
• Ensure that all activities under your responsibility are completed on time, adhering to defined quality standards;
• Define and propose necessary actions to secure the successful delivery of the project while managing risks and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
