Cyber Security Architect

We are looking for a Cyber Security Architect to design, implement, and maintain network security infrastructure for a renowned bank.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• At least 8 years of experience in managing IT systems, including 5 years in financial institutions;
• Expertise in Systems, Network, and Security, with hands-on experience in emerging technologies. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities;
• Customer-focused and a collaborative team player, able to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively;
• Experience with Cisco (ACI, Nexus, Catalyst, DNAC, ISE, iOS, NXOS), Arista (Switches, EOS), Fortinet (Firewall, IPS), F5 (LTM, ASM, APM, TMOS), Infoblox (DNS, DHCP), Skyhigh (Proxy), Ivanti (Remote Access), Checkpoint (Firewall, MDS), and TrendMicro (IPS/IDS);
• Willingness to work shifts and provide on-call support.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Proficient in Python, Bash, Ansible, Wireshark, Tshark, and NetFlow.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for Network and Security infrastructure;
• Design and implement secure system architectures to mitigate risks from new technologies;
• Create documents outlining security principles in enterprise system design;
• Conduct regular security reviews, audits, and maintain documentation;
• Understand the organization's technology and information systems;
• Design secure, reliable, and flexible architectures for IT projects;
• Define and enforce corporate security policies, ensuring compliance;
• Develop security requirements for IT assets like routers, firewalls, LANs, WANs, and VPNs;
• Approve installation of security devices such as firewalls, VPNs, and IDS;
• Prepare cybersecurity cost estimates and address integration issues;
• Guide security teams, lead awareness programs, respond to incidents, and update security systems as needed; 
• Comply with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements, including financial crime prevention, while maintaining qualifications and completing mandatory training.
