Systems Programmer (Windows)

We are seeking Windows system programmer, to work on RUN Activities and Infrastructure Project Delivery for Various Windows and Hardware Platforms.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent;
• Must have 7-10 years of experience in managing Active Directory, including expertise in Forest and Domain Policy implementations, LDAP, and Group Policy;
• Must have experience with Windows 2008, 2012, and 2016, Failover Cluster, Hyper-V, VMware, Altiris, Software Defined Storage (VSA), and HPE DL/BL/Synergy/SimpliVity hardware;
• Must have experience in PowerShell scripting for reporting and automation, as well as vulnerability management and AD migration;
• Experience with Role-Based Access Controls, Identity and Access Management solutions, and AD Promotion/Decommission processes;
• Ability to consult and collaborate with teams on authentication and authorization requirements;
• Familiarity with Windows OS, virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware), and monitoring tools like SCOM and HPOMI is a plus;
• Strong ability to perform under pressure with a dedicated focus on resolving issues.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Knowledge on Windows Core OS, Virtualization Platform (Hyper-V, VMWARE), Microsoft Clustering is advantage;
• Knowledge and/or hands on working experience with emerging technologies – Cloud IaaS, HP Synergy is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team by assigning tasks, fostering collaboration, supporting skill development, and promoting best practices;
• Manage Unix/Linux services, drive service improvements, document technical information, and provide proactive and reactive support to ensure system availability;
• Focuses on automation, root cause analysis, risk assessment, and problem management;
• Engage with stakeholders, facilitate transformation projects, and mentor team members;
• Additionally, Manage client relationships, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain necessary qualifications.
