Technical Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Support Officer to join our dynamic team, responsible for providing critical support in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and implementation of enterprise systems that operate 24×7.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering;  
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT Technical Support, specializing in Windows Server Management/Administration (Server 2019) and Windows Operating System;  
  • Proficient in MS Office applications;
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently;
  • Ability to support technical change management processes, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders;
  • Consistently adheres to standard operating procedures and corporate standards;
  • Willingness and availability to work on shifts;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work well with cross organizational teams.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Experience with network and security systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users, swiftly addressing issues to minimize downtime;
  • Handle software problems with devices, servers, networks, and security systems;
  • Conduct regular checks, apply updates, and create performance reports;
  • Support users with login issues, password resets, and access-related queries to ensure smooth and secure access to systems and resources;
  • Work with teams to improve system functionality and user experience;
  • Generate reports based on system performance and user requirements;
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest solutions to prevent future problems and improve performance.
