Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a keen interest in business processes and process re-engineering. The ideal candidate will be a part of IT Applications team to support the in-house applications.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role;
• Extensive experience in gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, and creating documentation;
• Experience in project management, with proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and Confluence;
• Skilled in data analysis and making decisions based on insights;
• Strong understanding of business processes and applying process re-engineering to address business needs and challenges;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders;
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to develop innovative solutions. 

Desirable Skill(s)

• Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP).

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement;
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate findings and recommendations effectively;
• Evaluate current business processes and workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and suggest process enhancements;
• Support project management efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely completion;
• Prepare clear and detailed business requirements and other related documentation;
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help stakeholders comprehend business performance;
• Conduct tests on business processes and provide recommendations for improvements based on results;
• Collaborate with various departments to implement solutions and enhance overall productivity.
