Key Account Manager

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, Communications, Legal Studies, Journalism, Marketing and Technology;
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, account management, partner management or presales experience in performance advertising;
  • Strong performance marketing with auction-based marketplace;
  • Strategic thinking, ability to forge strong relationships with key industry stakeholders / value chain partners;
  • Experience in new market (China) development, managing industry, value chain partners, and go to market strategies in new advertising deployment;
  • Experienced in leveraging integrated communication with focus on media relations related to online safety legislation;
  • Able to simplify and write consumer content to generate curiosity and engage reader;
  • Expertise in developing digitally-focused business solutions and strategy for business;
  • Should have worked on various social communication channels namely Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and others;
  • Hands on experience in writing online content, speeches and other forms of communication;
  • Stakeholder engagement to drive alignment with stakeholders and markets;
  • Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Self-driven, resourceful and result oriented.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Experience working on China market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long terms trusting relationships with a portfolio of top advertisers to ensure retention and revenue growth;
  • Continually acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements;
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives;
  • Ensure the correct solutions are delivered to our top advertisers in a timely manner;
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal Client teams;
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by our top advertisers and deal with complaints in an efficient manner to maintain trust and protect revenue;
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships;
  • Manage regular meetings our top advertisers including weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews;
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
