We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team and drive user-centered design solutions for various software products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences, conducting research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field;
- More than 4 years of experience in software development or user interface design;
- Strong expertise in mobile user experience (UX) design;
- Previous experience with user data analysis is preferred;
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar;
- Must have a portfolio of their work;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work in an agile development environment;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment;
- Demonstrate application of design thinking and user interface design;
- Good communication skills and willing to ask questions.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development frameworks (such as React, Angular, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research activities to discover and analyze user needs;
- Develop prototypes, wireframes, mockups, and storyboards to streamline software development;
- Collaborate across software development team functions to achieve project objectives;
- Create and implement design systems to ensure consistency across applications;
- Perform design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members;
- Present concepts and designs during key stakeholder meetings.
