Key Account Manager

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Min 5 years of proven relevant experience as Key Account Manager;
  • Skilled in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs;
  • Working at a platform or digital marketing firm; 
  • Good knowledge/experience in performance marketing and SEM, good hands-on skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously;
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills;
  • Outstanding ability in problem-solving and negotiation;
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Experience in using analytics and reporting tools to track performance;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long terms trusting relationships with a portfolio of top advertisers to ensure retention and revenue growth;
  • Continually acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements;
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives;
  • Ensure the correct solutions are delivered to our top advertisers in a timely manner;
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal Client teams;
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by our top advertisers and deal with complaints in an efficient manner to maintain trust and protect revenue;
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships;
  • Manage regular meetings our top advertisers including weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews;
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
