OutSystems Developer

Our client is looking to grow their team of developers and is keen to hire Developers working on the OutSystems platform.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Electronic Engineering;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience with the Out Systems platform ;
• Experience with Out Systems Service Center, along with proficiency in either Java or C#;
• Strong knowledge of MSSQL for effective database management and integration within applications;
• Experience with software integration using APIs and web services;
• Have experience in designing and developing integration points and interfaces with other applications / systems;
• Excellent communication both written and verbal;
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a matrix organization;
• Ability to organize, estimate, and prioritize project tasks;
• Independent, and willing to continuously learn and improve skills;
• Energetic and self-motivated.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Out Systems certifications like Associate Developer or Professional Developer;
• Familiarity with other low-code platforms, coupled with experience in mobile application development.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the Out Systems low-code platform for design, development, testing, and deployment of web and mobile applications;
• Using agile development methodologies to create scalable, robust, and high-performance applications;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.;
• Providing technical guidance and leadership to fellow developers, fostering best practices and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions;
• Responsible for identifying and resolving critical issues while ensuring the ongoing maintenance and optimization of application;
• Leverages their technical expertise and industry knowledge to design high-level solutions that deliver long-term value.
