AI Engineer

We are looking for a talented AI Engineer to work with cutting-edge technologies in developing and deploying intelligent systems that drive innovation. You will design machine learning models, implement deep learning techniques, and solve complex problems across various domains, including automation and predictive analytics.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; 
• Possesses 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
• Have experience in leading the AI initiative projects;
• Drive the creation and execution of AI strategies and objectives TO aligned with company goals;
• Have strong knowledge in AI frameworks;
• Experience in the Financial Services/Payments industry;
• Have knowledge in DevOps practices and tools;
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Relevant certifications in AI technologies can be beneficial;
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and R;
• Strong knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Strong experience in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP;
• Problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.
• Ability to lead and communicate ideas to the management and team members.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain machine learning models and algorithms from scratch;
• Implement AI solutions that integrate with existing business systems to enhance functionality and user interaction;
• Manage the data flow and infrastructure for effective AI deployment;
• Collaborate across teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals;
• Monitor and optimize resources for performance, cost, and security;
• Manage the data flow and infrastructure required for effective AI deployment;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly;
• Develop and maintain documentation for ai solutions and processes; 
• Developing, deploying and debugging IaC code for AI solutions;
• Ensure that AI solutions comply with company security policies and best practices in security;
• Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and best practices.
