Project Manager

Results-driven Project Manager with 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital projects on time. Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle from strategy and planning to execution and optimization across web, mobile, and cloud-based platforms.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Must have Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent;
  • Must have Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex applications design and solution architectures;
  • Must have Experience with regulatory compliance issues and best practice in IT applications management, application modernization, migrating and integrating with cloud, etc;
  • Good understanding of modern application development lifecycle concepts and adoption;
  • Ability to work with cross-functional, multi-disciplined team to formulate, institute and monitor policies, procedures and standards;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with C-suite is preferred;
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills;
  • Good understanding of modern application development lifecycle concepts and adoption;
  • Experience with implementation or application maintenance for bespoke IT application systems.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • To lead the implementation of Applications in support of the digital transformation of the application systems;
  • Manage and communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management and project sponsors;
  • Lead and motivate project teams, including IT professionals, business analysts, and other relevant staff in the execution of project implementation;
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with organizational goals, develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables;
  • Manage external service providers and vendors to ensure operational SLA is met;
  • Lead technical design and architecture reviews for gaming systems enhancements and investigations on system issues;
  • Responsible for internal budget, contracts renewal and technology roadmap planning within business system group;
  • Work closely with IT Infrastructure and Cloud team to ensure Gaming systems are well supported by underlying infrastructure in an hybrid environment.
