We are looking for a Business Analyst to work on platform upgrade projects within Consumer Banking Operation team for a reputed bank.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Technology;
- Have 5 years of experience in the banking industry, on credit card processing, chargebacks, or fraud analysis;
- Has 3 to 5 years of experience in operations or project management;
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio;
- Exhibit strong communication skills alongside excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Maintain high attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle daily operations effectively;
- Able to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment;
- Self-driven and capable of working collaboratively in a team or independently as needed.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Familiarity with the VisionPlus application.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Operations, Business, Tech teams, and vendors to execute a strategic platform upgrade;
- Provide project management support, including communications, governance calls, and preparation of presentation materials;
- Work with operations users, business stakeholders, fellow business analysts, tech and vendor consultant for functional design and solutioning;
- Participate in design and build discussions with Operations and Tech teams;
- Develop and oversee testing plans with Operations and vendor test teams;
- Manage user acceptance, regression, and performance testing, ensuring critical functions are covered and defects are resolved;
- Identify process improvements and propose timely solutions to address project or testing challenges;
- Oversee post go-live enhancements, including tactical fixes and strategic upgrades.
