- We are seeking IT Project Manager to work on AI/ML projects, who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of AI and machine learning initiatives for AML models.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field;
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2-3 years focused on managing AI/ML projects in a financial services or technology environment;
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, particularly AI/ML, automation, or data-driven initiatives;
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including machine learning models, algorithms, and data analytics;
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project);
- Familiarity with data infrastructure, cloud computing, and AI/ML platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or on-premise solution;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and risks proactively;
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile (Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner);
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and data privacy standards (GDPR, PSD2, etc.) in the context of AI/ML solutions in banking;
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models, algorithms, and data pipelines;
- Engage with business units to understand AI/ML project requirements and translate them into actionable project plans;
- Lead cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, business analysts, and subject matter experts;
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
- Conduct regular status meetings and updates with stakeholders, including senior leadership;
- Ensure thorough testing and validation of AI/ML solutions to meet quality and security standards;
- Ensure the integration of AI/ML solutions into existing IT infrastructure and banking systems;
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in AI/ML to guide the bank’s technology strategy;
- Drive the adoption of best practices in project management and AI/ML development methodologies;
- Prepare and present detailed reports, project updates, and business cases for senior management.
