We are seeking an experienced C# Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading technical teams, ensuring robust software delivery, and driving innovation in developing cutting-edge applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C#, MSSQL, and related technologies, coupled with proven leadership experience.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, and/or Computer Science;
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software development;
- Strong knowledge of WPF, ASP.NET, and modern development frameworks;
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Octopus Deploy;
- Hands-on experience with MS SQL;
- Proficient in Git with solid grasp of Git workflows;
- Experience in Agile Scrum teams; familiarity with Jira and Confluence;
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively;
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS);
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications;
- Architect , implement and troubleshoot scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions using C# and MSSQL;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
- Oversee the development of user interfaces using WPF and web applications in ASP.NET;
- Ensure continuous integration and delivery pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Octopus Deploy;
- Maintain and optimize database performance and ensure data integrity;
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
