We are looking for a Test Analyst to carry out QA Testing for projects in a reputed banking institution.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree in Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Computing, or Finance;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in testing;
- Experience with Trading or Banking Domain;
- Experience with order management systems and exchange trading engines is beneficial;
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Selenium, JIRA, and Agile/Waterfall/DevOps methodologies;
- Strong project/time management, collaboration, and communication skills;
- Proactive with a go-getter attitude.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience in Automation testing tools namely Selenium or Tosca.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology team to ensure effective end to end testing;
- Execute test scripts, raise defects in tracking system (e.g. Jira) and follow through on defect resolution;
- Responsible for raising problem tickets to the technology team for issues encountered during system testing;
- Carry out cross-platform test planning and execution;
- Coordinating with technical teams to ensure tests are completed successfully;
- Experience in creating comprehensive test cases based on user requirements;
- Responsible for escalating unresolved issues or blockers to managers or test leads to ensure continued test progress;
- Responsible for providing regular status updates on test progress and defect status.
