Customer Solutions Manager

We are looking for a self-starter individual who will join our client as a Customer Solutions Manager to grow the innovative trusted and secured data exchange highway technology in Singapore.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering;
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, account management, partner management or presales experience in Technology;
  • At least 3 years in customer facing role to resolve business problems through technology solutions;
  • Strategic thinking, ability to forge strong relationships with key industry stakeholders / value chain partners;
  • Experience in new market development, managing industry, venture capitalists, and go to market strategies in new technology deployment;
  • Strong multitasking abilities, quick adaptability to develop executable plans in bringing projects from conception to launch, driving implementation to success;
  • Good understanding in forefront technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, IoT;
  • Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Self-driven, resourceful and result oriented.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Experience in business consulting;
  • Data warehousing and / or data solutioning experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to take end-to-end ownership of a diverse range of projects and initiatives driving development and implementation of mid to long term strategy to drive organization growth and adoption;
  • Develop new business opportunities by evaluating projects and technologies, potential markets, business partners and industry players;
  • To understand customer's business objectives and challenges and be their trusted partner to expand and assess the maturity, viability and suitability of different technologies and their applicability to resolve industry problems;
  • Involve with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill program objectives with right needs resulting in the growth of the accredited companies;
  • As the bridge between customer and organization to develop executable plans in bringing projects from conception to launch, driving implementation to success;
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional team to align with high standard complete evaluation process;
  • Access and mitigate risks for all potential program and company during evaluation;
  • Assist in planning and reporting activities to senior management.
