We are seeking a highly motivated and Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Linux and Windows operating systems and work for projects with a leading bank.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering;
- 2+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure environment;
- Exposure in handling incident, change management process;
- Experience of working on Linux, Windows and VMware server;
- Experience as a System administrator, provide support ,troubleshoot and maintain computer servers and networks;
- Able to work on 24/7 support require to handle BAU Operation;
- Available to resolve urgent environment problems outside of business hours;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Great organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Work experience in Banking Industry.
Responsibilities
- Involved in installing, configuring, and maintaining servers in a Linux, Windows environment;
- Closely monitor the health of the Linux, Windows, AIX, VMware servers through both automated and manual processes;
- Responsible for performing server hardware maintenance and upgrades;
- Prompt in taking timely action to resolve or escalate to the next level for investigation;
- Create and maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and programs;
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users, addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and offering training as needed.
