We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team supporting our client in the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of the online marketing efforts. The primary goal is to grow the brand's influence while increasing brand loyalty and awareness. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee various digital marketing channels, including SEO / SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Bachelor’s / Master's Degree, preferably in marketing or business management or related field
- At least 8 years of experience as a content manager with experience in online community building;
- Experience in managing customer-facing platform with metrics that demonstrate improvements in both customer satisfaction and cost management;
- Strong understanding of project management and the documentation essential to all digital projects such as scope of work, project brief, functional specifications, user acceptance tests, timelines;
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience (UX) principles;
- Eye for detail and a creative and strategic thinker;
- Adaptable to changes and new technologies;
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills;
- Build relationships and work effectively with numerous departments across the region;
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM);
- Familiar with Adobe Enterprise Manager, or has done Website work and development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition;
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising;
- Optimize content and website structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings;
- Manage paid search campaigns to maximize ROI;
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, traffic, and campaign effectiveness;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including C- Level Stakeholders, sales, product, and creative teams, to align marketing strategies with business goals;
- Design content and stories to support the specific product features of the apps, marketing campaigns as per product messaging;
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
