We are looking for a Project Manager experienced in content repositories, website or intranet platforms. It is an opportunity to take up the role of site owner and closely collaborate with content publishers across various departments in a renowned bank.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience;
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders;
- Familiarity with content governance practices and regulatory compliance;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT and Compliance;
- Previous experience managing large-scale intranet content repositories;
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including backup and recovery processes;
- Proven experience in content management, web development, or related fields;;
- Strong understanding of user management, permissions, and role-based access control;
- Ability to interpret user feedback and data to drive improvements in the content hub;
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and providing efficient user support;
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience with Generative AI integration is a plus;
- Experience in the financial or banking industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders from Technology, Front Office, Product Teams, CIO, Business Management/Marketing, and COO to align business requirements with the creation and governance of the content hub;
- Ensure adherence to the bank’s design and branding guidelines in all aspects of the content hub;
- Redesign the Knowledge Hub site map and the landing page to enhance intuitiveness and engagement, incorporating banners and shortcuts to frequently used resource;
- Create and populate content across various pages, including setting expiry dates and manage user accounts, assign roles, and set permissions to maintain security for different teams and user groups;
- Oversee the creation, updating, and organization of content to ensure relevance and compliance with internal guidelines;
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to content maintenance policies.;
- Continuously improve the functionality of the content hub based on user feedback, focusing on usability, streamlined navigation, and optimized page layouts;
- Develop training and communication materials for Content Publishers and end-users;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop end-to-end workflows and process maps for SOPs across various teams;
- Facilitate the integration of the content repository with the Enterprise Knowledge Base, including testing, tagging content with keywords, and troubleshooting issues.
