Mandatory Skill(s)
- At least 2 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role, ideally in financial services or banking;
- Strong experience with UAT management and test strategy development;
- Proven track record of delivering products in an Agile/Scrum environment;
- Experience providing UAT sign-off against agreed exit criteria and tracking open items during UAT;
- Ability to create comprehensive release plans with detailed UAT and test strategy components;
- Strong experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and test management tools;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage multiple stakeholders;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time;
Desirable Skill(s)
- Certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMI-ACP;
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and how they impact product development;
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives;
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories and requirements are well-documented and aligned with the development team's sprint goals;
- Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, ensuring that UAT signoff is obtained against the agreed exit criteria;
- Collaborate with QA teams to define UAT plans and ensure they align with business requirements;
- Track and manage open items during UAT and ensure timely resolution before release;
- Develop and manage a comprehensive test strategy in coordination with QA teams;
- Ensure that all functional and non-functional testing is completed, and any issues are tracked and addressed;
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that their feedback is incorporated and that they are regularly updated on product progress;
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
- Work closely with the Scrum Master to create a release plan that includes detailed information on UAT timelines, test strategies, and deployment steps;
- Define product success metrics (KPIs) and track the performance of new features post-launch;
