We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Transformation Manager to be involved in a large scale (fast pace) operational transformation project and to support the operational and strategic initiatives through meticulous process engineering and business analysis.
The ideal candidate needs to have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of project governance and quality assurance.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree in Banking, Business, Finance or Economics, Information Technology,
- At least 10 years of working experience in project management or PMO management experience in the banking industry;
- Must have 5+ years of Project Governance and Quality Assurance;
- Good experience in innovative or economically driven environment, working on Business Process Management/ Business Process Re-engineering projects;
- Experience in creating and maintaining project and programme plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies;
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to manage project team members across multiple business units;
- Proven success of working effectively in a cross-functional team in an international environment;
- Good understanding or analytical skills in uncovering new opportunities for collaboration;
- Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence key decisions, mediate conflicts, and build consensus both internally and externally;
- Strong skills in communication, consulting, negotiation, and conceptualization.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Work experience in consulting firm for banking clients.
Responsibilities
- Be a part of the wholesale banking team in the capacity of a business analyst / project manager;
- Engage with various stakeholders and business project teams in initiatives focused on Operational transformation;
- Run Business Process Re-engineering workshops (interviews) with stakeholders to elicit and validate the business requirements;
- To quickly respond to issues raised, through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations, and recommend sound solutions;
- Articulate business case scenarios and contribute towards the development and scoping of the Project;
- Coordinate with surround Project team members to achieve project objectives;
- Ensure that all Project work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures;
- Implement project governance standards including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of programme or project deliverables;
- Create all Project related documentation and participate in project related walkthroughs;
- Prepare all Project related reports and highlight risk and issues impacting the project to the Management.
