Yes and no because the outside world (work) is constantly changing coupled with the inner world (personal) changes (physical mind and personal life changes). Thus, one needs to maintain a healthy (positive) mindset to manage both work and personal life. In Sciente, our weekly leadership training helps us to improve our engagement and relationship with everyone (candidates, clients, consultants, and back-office team). Our team-sharing sessions remind us to be consistent, meticulous, and organised, instilling discipline and focus in our work.
