We are looking for an experienced Business Management Support to work on Business Productivity Optimisation Project for a renowned bank.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Computer Science;
- At least 4 years of experience in banking, business management, analytics, finance, engineering, business development, or change management;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively;
- Strong growth mindset and desire to lead change;
- Must have digitally savvy and data-driven experience, with the capability to drive business revenue;
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate, SharePoint);
- Comfortable using Generative AI tools for enhanced decision-making;
- Good Understanding of Stakeholder management and requirements gathering;
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Banking products experience and knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize intra-bank referrals across DBS's geographic footprint;
- Ensure smooth and efficient cross-border, cross-segment client onboarding through improved referral processes;
- Identify and implement automation strategies to reduce manual processes and improve business productivity;
- Analyze data to identify high-potential client opportunities;
- Work closely with stakeholders from different business areas (SMEs, Corporate Banking, Consumer and Private Banking) and other teams like IBG COO and Business Development;
- Collaborate with Data and Finance teams to create accurate and timely management reports;
- Leverage digital tools and data-driven approaches to improve business revenue;
- Support the Business Partnership and Initiatives Management team, especially in the Mid-Cap & SME Regional Office;
- Provide data-driven insights for decision-making and performance tracking.
