Mandatory Skill(s)
- Has a Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience;
- Have at least 3-5 years of experience in system implementation and testing;
- Proven knowledge in Credit Risk Models;
- Proficient in SQL, Python and PySpark;
- Prior experience in Agile methodology;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Highly organized with the ability to adapt and prioritize competing tasks efficiently;
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines;
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Work experience in the banking industry;
- Knowledge of Credit Risk Models;
- Familiarity with Climate Risk Development, IRBA models and Financial Statement Analysis.
Responsibilities
• Manage and drive the credit models implementation and system initiatives, focusing on climate risk and IRBA models;
• Gather and review requirements from all relevant stakeholders and translate them into user story and test cases;
• Collaborate with technology teams in the solutioning process to ensure that the solutions being implemented are feasible, scalable and sustainable;
• Assess and propose appropriate testing approach and sign-off criteria to stakeholders;
• Prepare test scenarios/cases and perform system testing for production fixes, system enhancements and migration;
• Prepare clear and proper documentation on the data flow, system design, business solutioning and testing approach;
• Perform data extraction and mappings to support data needs for analytical purposes;
• Conduct impact analysis on issues/gaps identified and propose practical solutions to address them;
• Track system enhancements and issues pending resolution and manage them till completion;
• Support user queries and post implementation review.
