We are looking for a dynamic Project Management Officer who will be driving digital servicing projects execution and strategic alignment across teams to deliver impactful results.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline;
- Has at least 2 years of working experience as a Project Assistant/PMO;
- Has a good knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and AI;
- Able to provide after-hours and weekend/public holiday support for system releases during off-peak times;
- Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Figma;
- Experience of working with cross-functional teams, including IT and Compliance;
- Capable of analyzing situations to make informed decisions;
- Good at communicating and presenting technical information in a clear and unambiguous manner;
- Strong ability to work independently and cooperate with diverse teams in a multiple stakeholders environment.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Prior experience in Agile Project Management/Customer Service is a plus;
- Work experience in banking industry.
Responsibilities
- Support and drive Generative AI initiatives to enhance Contact Centre operations, employee journey, and overall customer experience;
- Ensure smooth delivery of Contact Centre system enhancements in Corporate Banking (e.g., CRM, telephony) through thorough testing and issue resolution;
- Prepare test cases based on user requirements, execute test cases, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues before release;
- Take strong ownership of assigned projects, ensuring tasks are completed within the project timeline;
- Coordinate with Project team members to achieve project objectives.
